Cook the meat in pan (omit if doing vegetarian dish)
Add the Onions and Garlic
Add chopped vegetables (Mushrooms, Zucchinni, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms)
Add Diced Tomatoes and some water (or beer/wine)
Season with some herbs and salt/pepper
Cover and Simmer for 20-30 minutes
Serve on its own, or with rice or pasta.
