I have thought of making tapioca for a while but never got the chance. Last week, I tried to make a tapioca custard and found it was too sweet. As usual, to learn how to make dessert, I consulted our friend Cristianne. And she gave me a red wine tapioca recipe instead.
It was unique and delicious!!!!!
We also added ice cream on the top to sweeten it. I am sure cream will taste really nice too. Thank you Cristianne!
